These videos show a comparison between the standard VCApresence analytics tracking algorithm and traditional VMD solutions. You can see that the traditional VMD triggers on people, vehicles etc but also triggers on other motion within the scenes such as moving foliage, wave motion and changes in scene caused by shadows and clouds. The VCA analytics system does not have these limitations, triggering on people, vehicles etc. while ignoring other changes, thereby making the system much more able to eradicate false alarms.
